We are excited to announce that COCO’S GYM will be hosting the highly anticipated Queensland Log and Deadlift Championship on September 24th.
This event will gather some of the strongest athletes in the region, showcasing their incredible power and skill in the log press and deadlift.

1- LOG PRESS (3 ATTEMPTS, 40kg 10″ log for women/ 75kg 12″ log for men)
2- DEADLIFT (3 ATTEMPTS, Deadlift bar)
